So, I turned thirty. Just a week and a half ago or so, April 23. We took Josiah to the beach to see his friends, Paul and Molly. We saw some whales. Yes, those little black blobs in the water are them. We thought there were two at the time. After examing my photos, I'd say at least four. We took everyone out for lunch. They made me wear a sombrero and took my picture. Then they gave us all free ice cream. We left Astoria after lunch. We drove to Rockaway to spend another night, just the three of us. We took a walk before dinner. The sunset was way better than my pictures do justice. I couldn't find my nutral density filter before we left. Bummer. They should have been better. More to come. Sleep calls now.
